Just when you think a mild sweetness is coming, a sharp spiciness comes and replaces it. A long-lasting pungency.
I don't know the sake level, but it is quite dry to the touch.
How about warming it up?
If you heat it up, it becomes even more tangled. The sharpness becomes stronger.
The spiciness, which seemed to be prolonged when it was at room temperature, becomes clean and crisp. The spiciness of this beer is so strong that it recedes quickly.
I prefer to drink it warm.
