Visited the brewery in early spring and purchased
I called ahead of time because I was visiting early in the morning.
On the day of our visit, we were given a tour of the brewery and a tasting by the very unique previous owner of the brewery.
We were given a tour and tasting of the brewery.
It was a long time ago, but we were able to see the inside of the brewery where the drama "JIN Jin" was filmed.
The inside of the brewery was used as a location for the drama "JIN Jin", and the photos shown to us were very impressive.
The brewery seems to be obsessed with low-polishing rice.
I thought it would be very rough.
The appearance: a hint of lees.
A little complex on the palate.
Sweetness lingers in the acidity.
The label says it has hints of muscatel and melon.
As it says, it's juicy and refreshing.
I found a great sake that I want to talk about!
