It was purchased last summer at a Famima at Isahaya station.
The aroma is not strong, and it is a classic sake.
The taste is light, with a sweetness and umami that is not strong, followed by a sharp alcohol taste. The alcohol content is not that high, at 14 degrees. It must be a very well-made sake, since it is alkalo-sweetened and has added sugar and acidity. The tingling and numbing sensation on the tongue is also different from the gaseous sensation of other delicious sake.... If you like Showa-style hot sake + choko🍶, this might suit you. Not my cup of tea, though.
