Texture silky, slightly hard and dry. The aroma is subdued, but there is a sense of fruitiness based on milk. It is like rice shochu mixed with milk, and it is quite milky. It may be heavy when the temperature goes up.
It is best served with dry curry, chilled on the rocks.
