It has a mellow aroma, but the acidity is just right and the mouthfeel is soft.
The softness of the flavor has something in common with the previous Kujiranami, and the taste pulls off smoothly and effortlessly.
When I asked the master about the sake lineup, I was curious and greedily ordered some, but I was too drunk to taste them, for which I apologize.
It seems to be my favorite type.
