Junmai Daiginjo spec. I guess it is a so-called private brand. I did not expect to find such a sake from Shuho in Osaka. The taste is moderately sweet and refreshing. There is a bitter taste on the finish. The sake rice is Yamadanishiki and Hinohikari. It may be a very rare sake.
