Kiryoyoshi is a brand from the Ojiro brewery. This sake is made with our own sake rice, Shinriki, and brewer's yeast.
The sweet melon-like aroma rises modestly. The refreshing mouthfeel, full-bodied acidity, and mild umami are all artfully integrated without being overly assertive, leaving a mellow aftertaste.
I would say that this is indeed a wine of good caliber. I think it would go well with a wide range of meat dishes.
