Junmai Daiginjo sake with 44% rice polishing ratio
This is a Jr. series brewed by Toshinori Imai, the managing director. The concept of this sake is to have a new clean acidity and aroma that has never been seen in Kudokigake before.
Jr. executive director comments...
~Corona's asshole.
It's a crazy time!
I don't think we need to follow crazy leaders.
I love Japan as a country.
I love the country of Japan, but it does not protect us.
Let's make our own decisions.
I don't like to speak ill of others.
I made this with many thoughts in mind.
It has a lot of sweetness, aroma, spiciness, and bitterness.
I'm not sure if it's a well-balanced sake.
You may like it or not.
Let's take it slow, and give our love to everyone.
A very tasteful phrase. The "BAKA" on the front label is also good!
Pouring it into a glass, I was greeted with a subdued ginjo aroma. When I drank it, my first impression was that it had an elegant sweetness like a white peach. It's not too sweet, and you don't feel any bitterness - it's a delicious sake with a pretty good overall balance!
Let's keep drinking sake and living like BAKABAKA~!
How much I like it (self-rated)
