I found a sake from Miyazaki Prefecture and bought it. It was my first time to drink sake from Miyazaki Prefecture, and naturally my first time to drink Sentoku.
I am not familiar with shochu, but I think that shochu is the main drink of Miyazaki Prefecture in Kyushu. It is hard to describe the sake in this context.
It tastes light and light. There is almost no sweetness. I would like to try other Miyazaki sake.
