This may be the first Kijoshu, and it is aged for 1.5 years. I didn't wait for the recommended 3-year aging to be released.
What's wrong? The sweetness is not so great and passes for a slightly darker plum wine. There is also a sense of fine honey extract, which spreads in the mouth. It is not too sweet, perhaps because of the acidity. It would be nice if it were slightly heated.
