masato07282023-10 Sukkiri Kijoshu This may be the first Kijoshu, and it is aged for 1.5 years. I didn't wait for the recommended 3-year aging to be released. What's wrong? The sweetness is not so great and passes for a slightly darker plum wine. There is also a sense of fine honey extract, which spreads in the mouth. It is not too sweet, perhaps because of the acidity. It would be nice if it were slightly heated. First day: ★★★★ 3rd day: ★★★★ 7th day ★★★★☆ Overall 3.9
