Ginban Special Junmai Hiyaoro
It is served at room temperature, but it has a rich flavor that is typical of hiyaoroshi. I didn't feel the bitterness, but the sake flavor was strong.
I think it goes well with oden or stewed vegetables in the cold season.
It is not the sweet and sour type of sake that is popular these days, but I think the best way to describe it is that it is rich and delicious.
