Today, I'm cleaning up the rest of the regular sake party.
On Saturday, when I first opened the bottle, there was a smell of mashroom soup from dried shiitake mushrooms that bothered me quite a bit, but after a few days, I don't mind it so much.
It is rather sharp, so you can drink it easily.
