madamarr（まだまーI bought it for the first time at a liquor store I went to, because they were selling it for the first time. Of course, it was my first time to try it, but I wondered if I had ever had sake from Nagasaki before. I remembered that Yokoyama is from Iki Island, and Hirado Island is from Hirado Island.
It is fragrant and a little spicy, but soon the taste of the umami comes to the fore. It is said that this sake is made with the image of the sea, and yes, it was exactly what I imagined.
