ラストリバー
I buy every sake that dot SAKE project puts out here. The fourth one is from Shoki Shuzo.
The sake is made from "Watarifune No. 2" + "Ikariban" + "Kijoshu" + "Mutant strain of our own No. 6 yeast" + "Low alcohol" + "Usu-nigori nama-shu".
It's a combination of the two, and it's full of everything Marie Chiba wanted to do.
I had chicken and burdock stewed with sansho (Japanese pepper) and fried bread with curry powder, both of which were spicy and went well with the richness of the rice in this sake.
