変なおじさん
It is said to be made entirely from Akita's Kame-no-o sake rice.
When opening the mouth, there is a slight ginjo aroma.
When you drink it, a little spiciness comes first, then a little sweetness, and then it goes away.
It's a little strange, but it doesn't have that much of an alty taste, so it's not unpleasant.
However, I don't feel the attraction so much. I don't think I'll be able to drink it again.
