Purchased at Doi.
I thought two 300ml bottles would be enough for a couple of days...so I took them home with me along with the Shidaizumi I bought the other day👍.
It is also a good point that it is easily recognizable as an Izu souvenir!
When I opened the bottle and poured it, I could smell the full aroma of rice.
The taste is smooth and silky, but just like the aroma, the flavor is full and fluffy, and you could be forgiven for mistaking it for junmai (pure rice).
On the other hand, the smoothness and sweetness derived from the honjozo brewing process gives it a slightly apple-like taste in the latter half!
The aftertaste is also slightly fruity and sweet, leaving a lingering aftertaste like drinking apple juice or something!
