I will open the sake I purchased at a local liquor store during my trip to Uwajima and Ozu in October 🥂.
As soon as I open it, a sweet and gorgeous aroma, reminiscent of bananas and melons, tickles my nose.
As the aroma suggests, you can taste the richness and umami of the rice. It is very full and smooth on the tongue 😋.
The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter and sour. It is not only sweet, but also has depth of flavor.
Although it is rich, it is not sticky and has a nice sharpness, so you can't help but drink more and more sake.
I want to try this again 🙂....
