To make the much-talked-about sake frutti We bought "Kinuya" which is rich and sweet. It is very smooth and has a sweet and sour taste. It is a kind of sake between doburoku and amazake. It has a low alcohol content of 3%. Sake Frutche doesn't harden if you use only Kinuya. A little bit of milk (9:1) is just right.
