This sake has a strong pungency. It seems to have a nama-shoto style, but it does not have a sense of umami and does not leave a strong impression.
It seems to have a raw yeast character, but it has no umami and is not very impressive.
When heated, the pungency and astringency stand out! The sense of nama yeast is doubled. It's a good food sake and you feel like you're drinking sake.
The more you drink it, the more you understand how good it is. And the price is very cheap!
