This sake is dense, refreshing, and intensely tasty, using the Edo period brewing technique called "Tomizujikomi". It has a taste similar to that of a noble sake.
Sake brewed with "mizukagami," which is rice rice, has a clear, fresh flavor with little cloying taste. Slightly heavy, perhaps.
