Mildly sweet, with a clean and delicious aftertaste!
The first time I drank skunk cabbage was at an izakaya in Gunma, and at the time I drank the sparkling version, which was very tasty, so I tried this one.
Both are very easy to drink and even people who are not good at sake can easily enjoy them!
