The bottle was opened on 1/31. The aroma is melon/melon to cider. The touch is clear and hard, with a slight sweetness and a crisp, strong acidity that is impressive and dry. The aftertaste is good, leaving a moderately astringent and ricey aftertaste. It is a minimalistic ginjo-shu in lineage, and compared to Sawaya-Matsumoto, there is a difference in the hard texture of the mouthfeel, etc.
