Tonight, we will compare two types of shuwashuwa from Pukupuku Brewery, which is popular not for sake but for craft saké 🤗.
It has already become a popular Brewary in the blink of an eye, but this time it's a hop saké fizzy sake.
We'll start with the green label (Kakemai + White Koji).
The aroma is of citrus fruits, mainly grapefruit (‼️). The taste has a nice gassy feeling and a good amount of bitterness from the hops and malt, which is delicious but strange 😊.
It is also a cloudy sake that has a lot of lees, and when mixed, it has a very cloudy and muddy taste. It is a sparkling wine with a rich and tasty flavor that is different from both greeful chu-hai and craft beer 💮.
