I bought it at Misawaya in Ouchi-juku, Fukushima prefecture. "Ouchi-juku Yukinaka Hyakume Kyujo (4 years old)".
It's like jasmine tea.
It has a gentle and calm sweet taste. But it has a good crispness when you swallow it, and it is not sweet but refreshing.
You can pair it with anything, but this one has enough flavor to be enjoyed as the star.
