This is the first sake brewed with yuri, which was very tasty in the spring.
This season there was also a bottle available, so we didn't hesitate to order it.
It is a little sweet but packed with acidic flavor.
It was a bit younger or harder than last year's new sake, but I guess that could be due to the difference in the time of year when we drank it (March before) or the difference in the rice used (Yamadanishiki to Hachitanishiki).
But it was delicious all the way through (served cold all the way through).
