The aroma is slightly sweet lactic acid.
The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated with a hint of sourness. The sweetness comes out from there. The acidity is also full, and the umami with a woody flavor is also faint.
The acidity is grapefruit-like citrus and lactic acid. The sweetness is also fruity.
Low alcohol, fresh and refreshing. This is the kind of sake you want to drink on your first glass of summer. But it was delicious even after the 7th glass. Refreshing cool sake!
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, I would say Seiji-kun from "Ears to the Future". He is fresh and handsome, and the dream he has is also cool.
