The first bite
I couldn't help but think, "It's so sour!
It was a dish with a lot of olive oil, but it made my mouth feel clean and refreshed.
As the temperature rises, the bitterness becomes more noticeable than the sourness 😋.
I almost forgot that I was drinking sake😁.
