Delicious!
Of course it's easy to drink because it's been cut down to this level, but more than that, you can feel the sweetness of the rice, the richness, and the finished alcohol.
It's a beautiful sake that you wouldn't expect from a number like 35%.
Personally, I think it is delicious as a single sake in a hiya, but I recommend chilling it and serving it with a meal.
