<Refreshing prettiness and guts on the rocks sake
Following the previous Red Sabi, here is the Sabi Neko Rock Sake Comparison. This is Junmai Daiginjo Gin Sabi.
The aroma is a refreshing alcohol splash. The aroma is a splash of refreshing alcohol, with a hint of lemonade.
The mouthfeel is also refreshingly acidic. Then, the sweetness of the alcohol. And then, the "Al" feeling is also present.
This alcohol feeling is a rock. Vocal alcohol shouts loudly over the base of alcohol-derived bitterness. The sweetness comes from the drums. It would not be possible without it. It's a head-on defiance of the trendy alcohol taste, but it's properly delicious. That's what makes it cool.
To use a Ghibli analogy, it's Arya, the main character in "Arya and the Witch.
