XiaohuSake breweries across Japan ship sake squeezed in the morning to be ready to drink on the day of the first day of spring, called "Risshun Asahibori. Basically, it is a special sake that can only be drunk locally. All sake breweries use the same label design for the Risshun Asa Shibori.
Tenju is as light as water, but the strength of sake remains at the end.
