Izakaya "Sanyo-do".
At first, I chose something I had never had before.
The aroma of the sake was strong with that of Showa-era sake (?). The aroma was strong, with a bit of that Showa-era sake(?) feeling.
I thought it was a bit different from my taste, but when I put it in my mouth, it was surprisingly fruity. Muscat flavor. The acidity is also good.
Not too sweet and not too harsh. It is rather tasty.
