This is a bottle given to me at work.
I got it from a guy who said, "You like sake, don't you? I got it from the company ✌️
I looked up the name BOKKA, but I didn't even know which brewery it was from... I was told that it was a sake liqueur.
The taste is one with a great smoky aroma 🫢.
The wood chip aroma was so strong that it was more like being smoked than being a smoked dish 💭.
I don't know much about smoke, so I couldn't tell what kind of beech it was.
I just thought it was not a sake 😅.
But I think it's good to get people interested in sake through this kind of thing 🍶Thank you very much!
