It's like a restaurant-only Ho'o Bida. It's a Junmai Daiginjo brewed from the sake brewing process using "Sakamirai". I have not seen this combination before. It is a special sake released in the recent difficult situation.
I was expecting the glamour of Houou Bita, so I was surprised when I drank it. It's a very calm and elegant taste with a sweetness and deliciousness to it. I had the impression that it was complex and delicate.
