On my last day in Nagoya, I ended it with a standing drink at Sakae's Sakeya Otake🍶.
Tora Hen by Kin Tora Sake Brewery🐅🐈️
The first aroma is sweet and gorgeous for a fire-aged sake.
It is slightly dry with a hint of sweetness in the mouth.
It was delicious 🍶😊.
The third and fourth pictures are of the brewery of Kanatora Sake Brewery, which is a 7-8 minute walk from Osone Station on the JR Chuo Main Line (or Meitetsu Seto Line or Subway Meijo Line).
