My first doburoku
When you drink only the top of the bottle, it's thick, but the foam makes it refreshing to drink. When you mix it and drink it, you get a very thick and complex taste. But for some reason, it's easy to drink.
It's still a very active sake, so I'm going to leave it for a while and see how it goes.
