Kazenomori涼み 中汲み純米酒
やまげんI went to the Sake-no-Yamamoto Morinomiya store to buy the original, but I heard that there was a 657 that was only available at this store, so I hesitated and bought that one.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.
It's a little tingly from the micro-brewing, but it's still raw and smooth to the tongue.
The sweetness, sourness, and deliciousness come together, and the bitterness closes it off nicely, giving it a great sense of balance. It's also freshly squeezed, so I drank it all in one gulp.
I'd like to try it with a variety of foods, and I'd also like to taste it without the slight carbonation, so I think I'll just keep drinking it from here on out.
Next time, I'll buy the standard 657 like a beginner.
