What the hell is this? That's what I thought.
It tastes a little like... yogurt or makgeolli? A sour taste like yogurt or makgeolli?
Like it was made with French rice, water, koji and yeast in the way sake is made?
The acidity is amazing. It is fresh. Moderately sweet.
Somewhat like wine?
This could be it.
But I don't think this is sake...
They said it was pure French sake.
It was a valuable experience.
