Tosen-doroshi" refers to the sake that flows out naturally without pressure when the unrefined sake is pressed. It is a fresh taste of the darkest and most flavorful part of the mash.
It has a gorgeous aroma of ripe apples and pineapples, and a sweet and juicy flavor.
There is not much acidity, but it is fresh and refreshing without being overpowering.
