I got this at Natsume, a sake brewery in Okuhamanako, where I stopped by during my summer vacation trip.
I told the shopkeeper that I like sweet and sour type of sake (I've been into it recently), and he recommended this one to me!
It's a light nigori, refreshingly sweet and sour, and slightly effervescent, or rather beautifully effervescent: ❤️
It is made with rose yeast PM-1 from Tokyo University of Agriculture🌹So nice!
It's a 14-percenter, so it went down smoothly and I got drunk early as a result 😆.
It was delicious 😃!
