I did not expect to be able to drink it this season because there was a fire at the brewery last year.
It seems they are using equipment from the Sanzen Sakura Brewery in Hokkaido.
I still think the impression is a little different from the previous one.
It is fresh right after opening the bottle, and as the day goes by, it becomes more mature and crisp, making it a good sake to drink during dinner.
It is delicious!
