For the first time in years, it's the sacred bird stinkbug. Huh? Didn't Kabutobushi have a more acidic and sour taste? This year's Kabuto-mushi has a sweeter taste. The moment I put it in my mouth, I was surprised that I could taste the sweetness rather than the sourness. I was just surprised and it was very tasty.
