JSNThis is a pure rice sake with a raw yeast yeast yeast base from Mitomiku Shuzo, a three-star sake brewery.
I personally like it very much, as it has acidity but also a burst of tangy umami flavor.
I like Mitsurensei as well, so I will continue to follow this sake brewery.
