September 2017, as the second drink of the day at Tiger's Vulture in Shibuya.
I had never seen the character "众" before, but the label said it was a simplified form of "shu." I guess the name symbolizes the time-consuming process of brewing sake using the traditional sake brewing method.
The brewery is Shibata Shuzojo in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture. Sake brewed with soft water is delicious, isn't it?
