This is a special junmai ginjo made entirely from Miso Nishiki rice produced in Akita Prefecture.
As with the previous bottles in this series, each bottle is carefully bottled just after pressing. The sake seems to have been bottle-fired, so that the taste is well-balanced, and the aroma and flavor are full and rich. It has a beautiful, juicy sweetness that does not linger.

Sake degree: -6.7
Acidity: 1.5
Amino acidity: 0.8
Body: 15%.
