Next up is Nagasaki's Kinegawa Sake Brewery.
Reimei was one of the company names before the merger, and now it is a pure rice brand using Yamadanishiki produced in Isahaya City.
We helped to start the Reimei brand of Taiseki Brewery, the only sake brewery in Okinawa.
This one also looks a little yellow.
The aroma is mild.
Sweet aroma with a hint of banana and melon
The main taste is a rich rice sweetness.
There is also a slight melon-like fruity flavor.
The final taste has a slightly strong acidity that gives it a nice sharpness, but overall it is very mild and tasty.
It can be enjoyed on its own, but it has a strong umami flavor, so I think it will be even more effective as a food sake.
