Takatsugu
This is the first time I have had three grains of spring sake from Daimine Shuzo. I opened the bottle while suppressing my excitement.
It is fresh and crisp, with a slight effervescence, and a soft, sweet fruitiness. It is a nigori sake with a slight leesiness and a soft change in flavor.
A bottle that I found to be delicious without any overpricing. Delicious ‼️
