There's another sake at a tavern in Yuda Onsen that I don't know 🧐.

What is Ikuzanko Kinbunsho Highly Concentrated Sake?
I was surprised when it came out😳.
It's wrapped in a bamboo skin.
Why does it come with a plastic cup?
Looks like it was open-mouthed.
When you drink it, it's dry and strong!
A little sour.
Sake that has a strong feeling.
But it's sharp rather than heavy.
The alcohol is a little high.
This is a good one 😋.
It's always a new experience when you go somewhere different 🥳.
So much for that, back to the hotel, all-you-can-drink in the lobby? Looks like.
Oh, they have sake too 🤨 and the sake is limited to one per person, so I just had one!
Yamazaru They have a good selection of local sake from Yamaguchi 👍.
It was very sake-like (not in a weird way), maybe because it was at room temperature!
But it's not dry but sweet and umami.
I drank more than I planned 😖.
