It's a wonder there is such a fruity thickened thing even though it's nigori.
The wonder that the thick, cloudy white stuff envelopes the throat evenly.
So many wonders.
A well-balanced sweet and sour nigori sake that is both a new drink and food, with a flavor so concentrated that it gives the illusion that nutrients have been properly absorbed.
It was a sake that I wanted people who have had many different kinds of sake to taste and be impressed togetherπ.
