Ine to Agave稲とハチミツ(オカズミード)
けん16Today we are having "Rice and Honey (okami mead)" by Ina and Agave.
I have been drinking only Ina to Agave's sake these days.
This sake is a combination of a honey liquor and a sake issued element, is that right? Well, the details are written on the label on the back. It is an experimental sake, and although I have received various kinds of sake over the decades, this is the first time I have experienced the taste of sake.
I thought it would be a sweet sake because of the honey, but it is sweet but has a refreshing aftertaste due to the strong gaseous and shwashy taste, and it is a "craft sake" with little rice liquor taste.
It is a very tasty sake.
