We decided to have something seasonal, so we had a hiyaoroshi from Fumikiku.
This sake also had a beautiful flavor (clear or refreshing). It was perfect for a mealtime sake and was served with seasonal ingredients and dishes.
Personally, I can buy this brand with no worries.
